Lord of the Rings: Conquest World Exclusive

The first live footage of LOTR: Conquest has been revealed on Game trailers.com. Check out the video link below for exclusive footage and interviews and a look into the studio. FYI, this is still alpha state so if the game looks different in certain spots than others, that is why. Because we are in the process of putting the finishing touches on the game to make it bad ass.

Lord of the Rings: Conquest on Xplay

Lord of the Rings: Conquest was revealed today G4 tv's Xplay. Check out the video below. Oh, and just to fix the error being stated by most the Multiplayer campaign supports up to 16 players, not 8. Apparently there was some minor confusion during the showcasing of the game. Fast forward to 1:30 for info on the game.

Well...just about everyone I know has been asking what "Secret project" I've been working on at Pandemic and because of NDA's my lips were sealed. Well that has all come to an end. Pandemic revealed our project last Thursday to the world and it is an open world game under the LOTR license called Lord of the Rings: Conquest. You can read all the details about it here in the interview with our game director. Or just Google it to get an more in depth scope of things. I will be posting more as more is revealed.

Pandemic 10th Anniversary / Holiday Party

Last night Pandemic Hosted our 10th Anniversary /Holiday Party at the Natural History Museum. This is by far the best holiday party I have ever been to. It was ridiculous to say the least. The theme was creatures of the night, nothing like a little taste of Halloween during the holiday season. To top it all of Crystal Method was there to spin vinyl into the wee hours of the night. Mercenaries 2 viral marketing spots

What happens when a development company hires a real life mercenary to consult on a mercenaries game? Well check out the link below to find out. These are pretty funny, you may also recognize Will Bigham. He was the winner of On The Lot which was broadcasted earlier this year. And no, this is not the game I am working on. That game is still unannounced but will be announced in the first quarter of 2008.

Pandemic is one of the best publishers out there hands down. And now we get all the perks that EA offers aside of all the great perks of Pandemic and working in the game industry as well. My New JOB in Gaming, Finally!

Well, for the few of you that don't know, I will be starting my new job in the video game industry on Oct 1st. This has been a life long dream of mine and I am stoked for the opportunity. Having worked in web, film, and post production for that past six years, the knowledge and experience I garnered was priceless. I hope to take all that I have learned and make an impact on the gaming world. I have been trying to get into the gaming industry for years and thankfully my portfolio is finally at a point that the industry would consider me. The company I will be working for is Pandemic Studios. They have created games such as Mercenaries, Destroy all Humans & Starwars battlefront just to name a few. I know many of you will ask what title(s) I will be working on and sorry to say I can't disclose that info yet but once Pandemic does I will update my blog. Pretty sweet new game from Sony. It combines cards, 3D and a camera. It's a pretty cool idea.

Our 3 Story Loft

Well Elizabeth and I reserved our loft yesterday. It was our Anniversary present to our selves. It is a great unit. It is 1262 sp ft, it has 2 full bath rooms an L shaped kitchen, and 21 foot ceilings. The bedroom is on the top floor that has a large window that looks onto the atrium. Level Graphic Novel

The acclaimed script Level I co-wrote with a few friends last year is coming to life. We are in the process of adapting the script into a graphic novel. We hope to have it completed in the next few months. We have the site completed where the graphic novel will live. You can check it out here. I will keep everyone posted on the progress.
